This journey is designed for savoring everyday. For smelling the earth while hunting truffles, marveling at their ecology and habitat; for feasting on fresh truffles in sophisticated and rustic styles; for exploring the spectacular natural landscapes, and for learning about the history and culture over the last few centuries in Soria, this mountainous province of Castille & Leon.
Get to know the wines with local enologists, and join the cooking demonstration with talented chefs. Meander through the abandoned stone villages of the Soria Highlands, and explore the wild truffle beds with private guides and their expert truffle dogs.
Hotel accommodations have been chosen with care, for their historic value and the excellent services provided—with at least 2 nights at each hotel to respect a winter pace.
